Gisele Kapterian, Salesforce | Miguel Carrasco, Boston Consulting Group
We often hear our government customers speak to the challenge of delivering better digital services that meet citizen expectations, whilst also balancing financial pressures to do more with less. Generative AI (GenAI) offers significant opportunities for government to build trust by making services simpler, more personalized and cost effective to deliver. But to what extent do citizens want what GenAI has to offer?
To understand citizens’ perspectives, Salesforce partnered with BCG and surveyed more than 4,800 internet users across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) and sought input from 18+ global experts to understand online government service delivery trends in the -Trust Imperative 4.0 GenAI: The Trust Multiplier for Government - report. We asked them about their expectations and satisfaction with digital government services, attitudes towards government use of GenAI, trust in government to use AI responsibly and factors that might build trust. The Trust Imperative 4.0 report presents the findings of this research.
You’re invited to join Gisele Kapterian, Salesforce APAC Public Sector Strategy Lead and Miguel Carrasco, BCG Managing Director and Senior Partner and Global Leader of the BCG Center for Digital Government and BCG X for Public Sector as they deep dive into the most critical findings of the report.
Join this virtual session to learn more about:
