In Part 1 we’ll use a real case study to cover common challenges. During this session you are invited to submit specific issues your organization is facing. This is important because we will discuss your submissions in Part 2 of the series.

In this session we’ll discuss project management topics such as:
· Building consensus related to project success metrics
· Deciding when & if you need to integrate existing solutions
· Supporting analog devices
· Mixing and matching PSTN connectivity options
· Navigating the "in-between" state
· Creating an approach to evaluate multiple viable options

In the second and final part of the workshop, we will dive deeper into the technical solutions for Teams deployments and address any specific issues raised by participants during Part 1 of the workshop.
