This webinar will help you understand the context in which the holidays are stressful and offers tips and strategies to help you manage the psychological, physical, emotional, and financial aspects of planning for and participating in holiday events. You will be encouraged to evaluate the traditions you and your family follow to better understand the effectiveness of those traditions. In addition, you will learn how to develop new and more manageable traditions that can give your holiday celebrations meaning while not overburdening you.

Easing the pressure

Lesley Malcolm M.A. (Hons), FCIPD is an international speaker and trainer on all aspects of wellbeing.
A graduate of the University of Glasgow in History, Politics & Economics with a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Lesley started her career in HR, working with two of the biggest retailers in the UK and then with HP, the global computer manufacturer. Her focus whilst working in HR has always been Employee Relations, Managing Absence and Wellbeing.
Lesley now runs her own HR business and focuses on all aspects of wellbeing in the workplace, believing that ultimately if individuals feel well physically and mentally, they are more engaged and motivated in all aspects of their life.

He previously worked in the Far East on internal security, de-mining, and disaster recovery projects, and as a financial journalist in the City of London examining issues around the global financial crash 2007-2008. Jonathon was brought up in Germany and Belgium and has worked around Europe, Asia, and Australia. He has an MA in Proliferation and International Security from Kings College, London, and a BSc in Economics.Jason Lowe, Director, Response Operations
Jason Lowe is the Director of Crisis24’s Global Response Operations. He has 20 years of operational experience with the UK military, private sector security, and emergency response and crisis management.
